Specific functionality allows for the rapid classification of all available data—literally billions of documents—for quick insight into information themes without ever entering a search query. This auto-classification capability uncovers data that managers may have lost or even not have known of to begin with—information that may be critical to their business. The enhanced collaboration features empowers search users to add their own knowledge faster than ever and to disseminate value-added content in its native format to colleagues and partners alike.

Auto-Classification
The Velocity Discovery module automatically classifies entire document sets (up to billions of documents) into editable categories determined by Velocity’s clustering algorithm without any manual effort. Administrators are provided with the option to edit categories by changing, adding or deleting automatically generated categories before viewing by end-users. With the addition of auto-classification, users can now discover re-occurring topics and themes on all documents stored within their organization without entering even a topic or search query. Organizations can now gain a quick understanding as to what information already exists in order to focus, assist or narrow their search moving forward.
Express Tagging
Your users can now tag entire sets of documents instead of tagging search results individually. Express tagging enhances the tagging process by allowing subject matter experts to tag search results faster and easier, enabling quicker dissemination of knowledge throughout the organization.
Native Document Export
With the added capability of exporting documents in their native format, users can select specific search results directly from the search screen and export them immediately into a zip file that can be saved or emailed. The ability to save documents related to a search query for later viewing and printing facilitates the assimilation of organizational knowledge. The ability to email the same documents to others promotes knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
