Other dignitaries followed the proclamation with remarks applauding the company for its innovation and leadership within the greater Pittsburgh business community. The ceremony closed with a brief address from Vivisimo CEO and co-founder Raul Valdes-Perez. "Through the development of cutting-edge applications that help make people and organizations smarter and more productive, Vivisimo has helped to enhance Pittsburgh's image as a technology leader and hub for innovation," said Tom Murphy, Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh.
