- Companies learn to engage, not shill, as more of them use social media for B2B marketing

It’s a similar story at software company Vivisimo (@Vivisimo_Inc), which has been using social media, specifically Twitter, to be the go-to expert in the space of customer experience. Every Monday, the Squirrel Hill-based company hosts a tweetcast, where participants on Twitter have a discussion around a customer experience topic with an industry expert guest hosting. Prior to the discussion, the company poses questions to its blog, then people spend an hour talking about and collaborating on the topic, said Stacy Leidwinger (@StacyLeidwinger), senior director of product management and one of the three people who handles Vivisimo’s social media.
