Vivisimo Named to EContent 100 List
Enterprise Search Company Garners Industry Recognition throughout 2006
Pittsburgh, PA—Vivisimo (vivisimo.com), a leading provider of search software and expertise, today announced its fourth consecutive year on the EContent 100 list—EContent magazine's representation of the 100 companies that lead the digital content industry today. This award is Vivisimo's latest accolade among several other corporate, technology and leadership achievements during the past 12 months, including the Red Herring 100 North American Company and KMWorld's 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management.

The 12 judges carefully reconsidered last year's list members and kept only those companies that continued to lead the industry. For some it meant market share, but for most it meant thought- and technology-leadership, innovation, and even experimentation. The judges each threw new nominations into the fray and the group "eagerly pounced on this year's crop of contenders and only the strongest survived."
