Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage

Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage is provided at no cost to full-time salaried employees and their dependents. The Highmark Blue Cross PPO medical plan covers 100% of in-network treatments with no deductible. The Concordia dental plan covers 100% of diagnostic and preventive services and the Optichoice vision plan covers one annual eye exam and reimbursement for one pair of glasses or contacts per person, per calendar year.

Life Insurance Coverage

Life insurance coverage for full-time employees is equal to the employee's annual salary.

Long-Term Disability Coverage

Long-term disability coverage is provided for full-time employees according to policy and plan provisions.

Paid Time Off

Full-time and regular part-time employees receive 9 scheduled paid holidays per year. In addition, each eligible employee is allowed 2 floating holidays per year. Full-time employees with less than two years service will receive 12 days of vacation per year. For every two years of service, employees accrue an additional 3 days of vacation up to a maximum of 24 days after eight years.
